Bishops Nympton hosted the inaugural meeting of the Exmoor link federations school councils and P.T.A’s.  Bishops Nympton school council and PTA, joined forces with East Anstey’s school council and PTA to put together their collective ideas for future fund raising ideas and to finalise sports kit designs.

Bish Nym school council have been liaising with it’s PTA throughout this term looking at the options and possibilities of redesigning it’s sports kit.  Our children have performed brilliantly in recent years in Devonshire school tournaments and felt that it was time to look as good as they perform.

Through multiple whole school assemblies, and numerous council meetings, the children put together a list of requirements for the sports wear which the PTA have brilliantly followed and supported.  We feel that we have finalised our decisions and a new kit will soon be paraded around school.

The collaboration of ideas has also led to a new fund raising initiative run across the federation and will be revealed  very soon.  A very prosperous meeting which has helped to strengthen relations between the 4 groups.  We look forward to working together in the near future.
